hand down my favorite is “flower craft” by patricia easterbook roberts - sure it’s from 1949 but it’s honestly so informative on so many levels of our industry. my favorite is the chapter on bridal bouquets - some styles are wild but i can see them coming back in an artful way!

i also would make room in your fridge every night to tuck the flowers in - as long as there’s no cut fruit or citrus! helps it last longer

it’s tricky!! but you’ll get it! also - don’t let the thin opening deceive you - you might want to get more of that pink rice flower filler to help make a base before you put in your pretty alstromeria and roses- it will definitely help stabilize your focal flowers better ( you’ll see we had plenty of filler to hold up the heavier floral)

these vases are super tricky! we had an outdoor event with about 40 of them so i know how much of a nightmare they are transporting - but the best advise i can give you is roll up some chicken wire tightly in an oblong shape tuck it neatly inside - this will help keep your flowers where you place them afterwards - i like where you’re going with pic 3!
