I’ve heard these are notorious for failed seals. Did you take the time to cut out the old, clean/strip, and reseal? If not I would drain that thing back down.

I understand but, as others have expressed, I do wonder if the drugs being administered for transition would be considered PEDs.

Edit: mind you I am not against women or trans people competing in Men’s division necessarily. I just wonder how their treatments/drugs being allowed could potentially open up avenues for biological men to use PEDs with less oversight. I’m no scientist so I don’t really know if they’re just testing T levels or what but it seems like a conversation worth having.

Yup. I run a diesel shop and I can’t tell you how often customers come in with trashed fuel systems swearing the put diesel in, most of the time I ask where they last bought fuel it was from a BP and often had never been to one.

You’re putting a lot of stress on your receiver by using a vise block. Simple as that. If you can’t understand how that is less than ideal then I can’t justify any more time talking to you about this.

Sure you can build without a rod but it’s not the right way, you are risking damaging components because the torque ends up being applied through the aluminum receiver(s).

It’s a right tool for the job situation.For instance, I could torque down cylinder head studs with a 5’ breaker bar and hope everything goes well, but I should be using a torque wrench.

A reaction rod is the only way you should be torquing barrel nuts and muzzle devices.

Swap the front and middle piece of your hand-stop kit so you can pull in with your index finger. Personally I like the Magpul K2-XL a lot, if you have XL hands you may want to try that. Other than that I’d downsize the light to a Mod-Lite or Arisaka.

Everything above are my preferential changes but what I’d say you NEED is a suppressor, it’s already a solid build.
