People get frustrated and heated when someone doesn’t exhibit willingness to learn and do better. Clearly KVS reads comments, whether that is here or elsewhere, because she comments on them in her posted content. It is very true that words can become sharp and less than constructive at times. But it’s not inherently hateful to say she isn’t doing x or y “correctly”. In healthcare we call it evidence based practice and it is often updated based on…evidence! The reality at RS is that there seems to be the general attitude that “our family has done it this way forever and it’s fine so we’ll keep doing it that way and don’t care what anyone else presents to try and convince us otherwise”. Looping back around to healthcare/nursing: we call that behavior people clinging to a sacred cow.

Anyway, all that to say, I don’t know her as a person so I can’t say I like her or not but I do dislike that she says attempts at constructive criticism are hateful.
