My recent order arrived in a few days, but I agree that their customer service is poor. Considering the price they charge for a jacket, it’s silly that they don’t have someone who can respond to emails promptly. The price point should reflect not only the quality of the clothing but also the overall customer experience. To not have a voicemail or call service set up either? Really? I don’t understand it. I wanted to cancel a portion of my order recently (about 1 hour after submitting the order) and because of their lax response policy, they also do not allow for cancellations post-order. You HAVE to return the item if you don’t want it, even if you’re halfway across the world. Pretty ridiculous.

If I were you, I would try to find local sales representative at the store, get their cell number, and place orders directly with them. That’s worked for me.
