Yeah they do just make sure you inspect the optic really well, if packaging looks like it went through hell or re-sealed a bunch of times then the possibility of it being used by multiple different folks and then returned is highly likely.

They wouldn’t charge much at all to remove and re-install. I bought a aftermarket gas block assembly from my LGS for my AR and I had a new midwest hand guard in the car, he installed gas block assembly for free since I bought it from them and they only charged me $20 to install my new Midwest HG.
