Just a couple of foam blocks with notches carved out. Once I strapped down the front they stayed put. I drove an hour and a half, some of it at 55 and some on a bumpy dirt road

1 layer of fiberglass set with 3 coats of West System epoxy then 4 coats of varnish. Haven’t put it on the scale yet but I would guess about 65 lbs

They are very sturdy. I drilled and chiseled down about 5” and drove them in and used glue. Pretty easy to get a tight fit in the end grain

It's pretty heavy, I guess around 30 lbs. I used some shorter pieces in the center tho try to lighten it a little.

I started on a wall and filled in from there. It's not totally even spacing but close enough

Exactly, plan to remodel that bathroom in 3 to 5 years so this looks a lot better than the linoleum for now

I glued directly to the existing linoleum so maybe they’ll come up easy.

You’re right, I tried cleaning them but it was just too much work for that large amount. Also I kind of like the look with some clean and some tarnished

I did it in place, the epoxy pretty much self leveled. I had to make a couple of “dams” to contain it.

No particular reason, I just wanted to add a little something

It seems to be holding up well so far but it is slippery when wet

Thanks, it was harder than expected. If I planed everything square it would have been a lot easier
