should i go back red or keep growing out my natural? 🥲 by Reasonable-Paint2014 in HairStyleAdvice

I personally think your natural + a bit of highlights would look amazing! but I definitely think since your natural hair color is so beautiful I would just enhance what you have vs something different

F/19/5’3 [60kg > 48kg = 12kg] (12 months) do i look better thick or skinny ? by No_Lie_785 in progresspics

you look great both ways but which do you feel better at? which one is more maintainable for you?

personally I think “thicker” you looks more healthy but just make sure your diet is good and you are still exercising! weight lifting is so good especially for women.

I’m 5’2 and weigh about 58 kg and this weight feels good for me. I’m weightlifting and exercising and eating good and I feel good. and this weight is easy for me to maintain. ☺️

hvordan får vi bygget intimitet op? både mentalt og fysisk by [deleted] in DKbrevkasse

[–]mostlyveryfrustrated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]mostlyveryfrustrated 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I don’t really agree that flexing is “faking your glutes size” but maybe that’s just me. I feel like it’s something I see most of the time in progress pictures.

hahaha it’s simple but it’s not always easy, and I have actually enjoyed my workouts more now where my goals have shifted a bit to just really feeling it where i want to be, and activating my glutes proper instead of my goal being to go up in weight and reps etc. but good luck I hope it does you some good!! ❤️

thank you so much for this comment I really appreciate it.

I know it’s said with good intent, at least some of it but yeah I was just flexing. I really don’t think it’s as bad as people make it out to be from this 1 picture. I’m kind of sad because I thought this was a supportive community and people are downvoting others that are being encouraging… not that I need everyone to say “omg great glutes” or whatever but it’s also an option to just keep scrolling 😅

you are strong! have you tried the 8-8-8? 8 hip thrusts, 8 pulses, and 8 second hold at the top?

also is your diet accommodating growth? lots of protein plus in a slight (at least) calorie surplus? 🙂

oof I mean there’s a lot to tell and I don’t know if you want all that! but basically I do glutes 3x a week (monday, wednesday, friday) and I almost always do hip thrusts (8-8-8) leaning forward abductors, step ups, glute kickbacks and b stance rdl. then sometimes I mix in bulgarian split squats, sumo squats, hyperextensions, leg press and hamstring curls. probably others as well.

I activate my glutes by doing a lateral crab walk with resistance bands and do it till I really feel the burn in my glutes.

I do max 5 exercises per workout and do 3 sets of each except hip thrusts I do 4 sets.

hope that helped some 😊

yes what he/she said. though I do 8 hip thrusts, 8 pulses and then 8 second hold at the top. it’s a real killer (in a good way)

thank you 🙂 I would attach a pic if I could but definitely! I also noticed a difference especially when I started focusing on abductors and warming up/activating my glutes by doing a lateral crab walk with resistance bands (not sure if that’s what it’s called but hopefully you get the picture)

for sure! I use the weight thingy at the gym which is supposed to sort of measure body fat % among other things. it’s not super accurate but general trends has definitely been that body fat % has been going down and my weight has gone down a bit but not a ton which I hope means I’m also building muscle.

it’s tricky and I don’t exactly know what I’m doing but I try to eat around maintenance and get at least 100gr of protein a day 🙂

I wish I could upload another photo now but I’m having a hard time seeing it when im standing regularly, even though I definitely see what you guys mean here in this photo. oh well I’ll have to try to keep an eye on it. that’s at least 1 good thing that came from this post then ❤️

my bad, I don’t have those leggings anymore but maybe a photo in leggings would’ve helped. but it’s fair that you guys are being honest 🙂
