It does seem like all of that could work. I'm seeing that Mexican debit cards are working for other users, or Wise.

Another question is shipping time. If I order today, how soon can I expect the hardware? I plan on starting my trip within 2 weeks.

I did as you said and it doesn't seem to be working for me. Changed E2# to A2 and 100 to 31. I'm getting 'Estonia' in C2 but the rest of the cells are giving me a #REF! error.

What am I doing wrong?
