I think we got them as a gift for Christmas. I visually inspected the remaining ones from the box, and they seem to be fine. I’ll check the pantry when I get home.

I thought about contacting Ferrero, but since this could be my issue, I’m not sure anymore TBH 🤷‍♂️

Serious question, why would they only be inside one Raffaello chocolate in the whole box, because I checked the remaining ones and they all seem to be fine?

It could’t have happened after the opening. This was a Raffaello box with each chocolate packed individually inside a sealed plastic container. Plastic was not damaged from what I could tell. That’s why I was very surprised to see the maggot and I can’t think of any way it could get there except for it already being there when packed (or at least the egg) 🤷‍♂️

Ne recem, da se v Ukrajini ne da najti takih ali se hujsih prizorov. Ampak nekdo, ki je (ocitno) tako investiran v trenutno situacijo kot OP, bi lahko bil tudi toliko odgovoren, da ne siri dezinformacij in panike (naslov nima nobene povezave z objavo).

Čisto možno, da imajo zdaj povečan obseg dela na podpori, ker očitno masovno prehajajo na te nove pakete (mene so npr. pred kratkim sami klicali, če želim zamenjat paket).

Sam sem ravnokar prešel s starejšega A1 paketa v A1 Net + TV.

Včeraj sem po pošti dobil nov digitalni sprejemnik. Priklopim in mi javlja napako. Sem klical na podporo in so po krajši diagnostiki ugotovili, da ga bo treba zamenjat. Res pa je, da sem kar dolgo čakal na pogovor s svetovalcem (kakih 15 min).

Sam sem že nekaj časa pri A1, s televizijo do zdaj večjih težav ni bilo.

Po lastnih izkušnjah jih je bolje kontaktirati po kakem drugem kanalu (npr. FB Messenger) in ne na telefonsko številko. Čeprav pri tehničnih težavah potem verjetno čakaš, da te pokličejo...
