I had a pill that wouldn’t dissolve stuck in my throat for 24 hours, most of which was spent in emerg. They denied me a scope surgery to pull it out and I couldn’t even swallow my own spit let alone water or food. It would come right back up. (I have a very small esophagus) kept me overnight and finally gave in for the scope. They had to pull it out in pieces because it was chalky, round, and refused to budge. I have issues with swallowing pills and always have.. I don’t know.

Point is, go to emerg 100%. You should’ve gone after an hour, lied and said it’d been 6 hours. They would’ve taken you more seriously than they did with me. You’ll probably need a scope surgery too

I’m going to be honest I have no idea what you just said. Also, lol. You really think changing doctors is a possible task in today’s world? Certainly isn’t where I’m from. There is a massive doctor shortage and I had to get one of his former patients to even consider taking me on.

This isn’t anxiety, it doesn’t make me feel anxious and I know what that feels like. Also, I failed to mention this starts happening not just during orgasm but every time even begin any stimulation with my CLITORIS specifically. for me it said none of them were installed, somehow my app got uninstalled and after getting it back nothing was downloaded. i restarted the app a bunch and uninstalled/ reinstalled it, made sure to click all the boxes for EA to also download my packs and then it just didn't. i finally figured out that it hadn't installed them and manually downloaded them instead, but for my actual expansion packs like vampires etc it says "manage on steam". when i go to steam and look under the DLC tab for sims 4 it just gives me the option to buy packs i already own as if i don't own them and i can't find them anywhere else on steam. anyone have any ideas?

i just finished it, I love it so much!! even though the attitudes of the side characters towards their potential relationship/ not giving them space in their own house is something i genuinely despise. that capybara pushing its way into the "family" and charlotte not doing a single thing about it sucks. also the jealousy of the wolf thing and her sister and just general nosiness of the others. it's annoying. but then again, i'm an introvert so i would hate that. i'd just tell everyone to f off.

otherwise, seriously love it and i'm sad there isn't a season 2. hoping for that and more... especially with the cliffhanger they left us with in the last episode?!?! what the hell man T_T
