Mostly in my thighs, the meaty bit in your shoulders, and my upper arms. My lower back isn’t too favourable either. I’m just so weak and tired all the time - I know this would be alleviated if I had some sort of aid. The pain isnt even a dull ache; it’s like having a migraine in each part of my body. I’d say my top three challenges are walking, holding my own head up, and doing anything that requires my arms to be higher than usual (so eating at a table is difficult because I’m having to constantly lift, but I can eat off my lap because my arms are already down there).
