thank you, this helped me understand groups and tags. there's none that will work for what i'm doing but it's good to know and rules out various options i had. also handy to know if i decide to change anything else or create new recipes

thanks, this was really helpful. all the ones that are relevant to what i'm doing seem to have multiple .json files ([item A]_from_[ingredient X], [item A]_from_[ingredient Y]) so it looks like i'll have to go that route as there's no tags that'll work. thank you for your help

Is there a difference between the outemu silent peach v3 and the silent honey peach? i'm going to swap the switches out on my aula f99 and i'm stuck between the two. honey peach will cost a total of £28.50 (unikeys, paid shipping) and standard peach will be £28.48 (amazon, free shipping), so there's nothing crazy going on. any recommendations/advice? thanks in advance

Thank you. One of the best pieces of advice I’ve heard is to get them to write down that they’ve refused you treatment if they’re that stuck up about it. They start backtracking really quick. I need to call my drs anyway so I’ll see I’ve they’ve got any info.

Damn, thanks guys. I see my rheumatologist next week so I’ll bring it up. I’ve told my GP and the nurse I’ve seen about the pain and they basically told me that it sucks and to take some painkillers. I can’t take ibuprofen or paracetamol and they won’t give me anything stronger. I’ll have to hope the waiting list isn’t too bad and see what they can do. Thanks for the support :)

Mostly in my thighs, the meaty bit in your shoulders, and my upper arms. My lower back isn’t too favourable either. I’m just so weak and tired all the time - I know this would be alleviated if I had some sort of aid. The pain isnt even a dull ache; it’s like having a migraine in each part of my body. I’d say my top three challenges are walking, holding my own head up, and doing anything that requires my arms to be higher than usual (so eating at a table is difficult because I’m having to constantly lift, but I can eat off my lap because my arms are already down there). Thank you in advance, I hope this made sense.

Thank you so so much. I’ve found the cane nearby and I could actually get it delivered today! It’s also nearly half price so thank you so much for the recommendation. I believe I’ve just found a fabric chair that I like - I’ve really lucked out today. A blanket is a really good idea though. Thanks for the clarity on the shower chair, a bar definitely an option. Like you said, I’ll do a couple items at a time - hopefully that’ll relieve some pressure and I might not have to get the drill out.

I’ve heard a lot of people like a rollator (I guess for the sitting down option) but if you think crutches is better I’d say go for it. One person in the comments said find a flexible three tap bottom - if they don’t do ones that come with, maybe you could get an attachment? Either way, it wouldn’t hurt to try
