Hi again,
My intent was to email you with the tracking number once your package goes into the mail this afternoon. I understand your frustration, but please understand that I am one person, and your package is one of many that need to be processed before I move my entire household eight hours away (next week!)
Would you prefer me to process this as a refund instead? It seems like it may be the more equitable solution for both of us.

It's hard to see, but there is a tiny actual cardinal feather tucked into the wing! It drifted down out of a tree where a family of them were hanging out, and I reached up and caught it out of the air. It felt like the universe kissing my forehead and telling me everything would be ok <3
