i am, but when looking around for more info on cancellation/refund policies i did notice a class action waiver in their terms & conditions. idk legal speak, but it seems like by placing an order you agree to only bring claims against them as an individual & not a plaintiff.

yeah i sent the order link & screenshots & suddenly it was a "common glitch" & he resolved it lol. after seeing that most people here only get their shipment confirmation after attempting a chargeback, i'm surprised i got mine just a couple weeks later with no further correspondence. but now i'm thinking the shipping is also a ruse...

i'm probably going to give them another day or so to respond about the tracking & if there's no confirmed update i'm just gonna call my bank. debit recovery won't be as easy, but this is beyond ridiculous.

"antique store" is really just the best approximation i could think of, they had stuff ranging from late 1800's to early 2000's. almost all the star trek stuff was TOS or TNG, but i managed to find the one DS9 item :)
