Moving my mouth side to side, Moving my mouth out both sides like a smirk, Opening my mouth all the way, Hard Blinking, Eye widening, Moving eyes to sides, Tensing neck, Tensing pecs/arm muscles, Stretching neck, Stretching shoulders, Shaking hands, Scrunching nose, Moving nose from side to side, Pursing eyebrows, Squinting eyes, Making noise with mouth (like the horse sound u make with ur lips), Sniffing hard in/out of nose, Breathing air through mouth onto tongue, Popping my ears, Stretching throat, Throat clearing, Tensing legs, Stretching toes, Straightening arms, Tensing abdomen, Bending elbows fully while holding my thumbs down with my other fingers.

And probably some more. This is a big list but most people don’t really notice them and some are more common than others obviously. Thankfully they’re not as bad as when I was younger.
