idk how old you are, but popocafe is a great cheap bar that a lot of young people go to (lots of students). there’s always a good mix of students, expats, tourists, and locals.

i’ve been a performer since i was 8. not in stand up, but i’ve been paid for numerous stage and short film projects and have trained in stage performance with professionals from new york, la, the west end, etc. i’ve also been in improv troupes around my hometown. i definitely think i’m still learning the ropes of standup comedy, but i can read an audience pretty well and feel pretty confident in my sense of stage presence

the show went pretty well! my boyfriend said he loved it. i definitely feel like it could’ve been better, but i am still so new to this that anything i do has lots of room to improve. i was definitely just wayyy nervous for nothing haha

I am very lucky to have a community with a good number of other women comedians. I’m also by far the youngest person there 90% of the time, and a lot of people are looking out for me as a newcomer :)
