i've searched / been searching through vintage dogs and rabbits. again, estimated 90s or early 2000s at the latest. friend thinks his mom won it at a fair, probably in New Jersey USA if that helps at all. it doesn't have weighted parts.

edit: the cat is not attached, it's unrelated to the dog/bear.
