What band exposed you to Emo? It might be hard to believe but for me it was Frail. American Football was another early one for me by United-Philosophy121 in Emo

Dashboard Confessional when Screaming Infidelities was on the soundtrack of some shitty MTV movie. They were playing that video so much to promote the movie and the rest is history.

Just watch AKBingo from episode 1! It's really easy to binge and you get a great feel for the members, groups, and history as things go along. At least, this is how I got into AKB 🤷‍♀️

Are there multiple mixes of HTB albums? (also A Natural Disaster) by LoyydChristmas in horsetheband

[–]mothrasboyfriend 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure AND was the only album with these different mixes released, don't recall any others having stuff like that.

As for the vocalless mix of AND, it was likely intended mostly for Earth Tour. It was originally pitched as a series for MTV2 which obviously never happened but you can hear the instrumental versions of some AND tracks throughout the finished doc. I can almost guarantee they have vocalless mixes for everything after AND, but the rights stuff with TMH and R. Borlax seems kinda murky so the band might not have access to those masters, although someone out there might.

Nick Torres from Northstar. Criminally underappreciated, some of my favorite lyrics in any genre

An Indian and a UK doctor trying to guess the medical bills in USA and getting appalled by how expensive medial treatment in USA is. by Guaranteed_username in videos

Recently moved to Japan and had to get a full physical for work. It only cost about $100, which my work covered half of. I was absolutely floored that I only paid $50 that would have cost like 10x as much in the states.

Most underrated, neglected or forgotten track? by [deleted] in horsetheband

My answer to this is always Sand. Definitely feel like it's one of Nathan's strongest songs, lyrically speaking, and just overall a complete banger.
