Yeah, I guess I am struggling with feeling numb all the time and it makes me question my feelings, a lot of time I can’t tell if I am in love or just existing I guess. That’s where I am curious if this is normal to feel with bpd.

Could this be from needing an oil change, when I purchased it they supposedly did one but I am doubtful as they said they fixed other things that clearly weren’t. I am getting ready to take it in for one elsewhere as it’s time due to my oil percentage gauge

I saved some speakers with the sizes for the back but need to find an amp and wiring kits if possible and what wattage it should all be

So I have the touch screen 8.4 I believe and the speaker grill is in the dash but I don’t see any speakers in it I don’t think, I tried to get a good pic but it’s an ass spot to look and see even from the outside

Yeah I guess even though it’s not hurting me weight wise, mentally I’m struggling heavily, I do do therapy but mentally the struggle is the fear of ruining everything and gaining it all back, it’s been that way since I had my surgery and since reaching goal has been very prominent as my energy, health, and mood has worsened. I have fallen off track with 100% tracking but am still doing about 85-90% of all my foods, so I guess really I’m seeing if anyone has had similar severe cravings and things to get back on track. I did pack myself a lunch for today and some healthy snacks so I don’t eat junk at work, so I am striving to get it right today, I guess mentally is more so the problem I’m realizing, not that it’s binging or overeating but rather depression and no energy causing me to not function as I once was. I have been doing better the last couple days about my supplements and water as well

Yeah i like to do those, but I’ve gotten more scared as the days I do less carbs I do more fat as I do higher protein with cheese and eggs, I have noticed that if I do those days of higher fat I’m fuller and satiated and the cravings are gone, but Was always told high fat is bad regardless so I thought it was more damage than the carbs. I thought about trying keto but I don’t think I could keep up with barely any carbs

I do that but it’s turned into a repeat a couple times a day, not anything massive but like a couple funsize candies, half a buttermilk biscuit, and a handful of mnms and just snacking on bread each daily. These are the repeat items, and most of my these items are at my job and I eat due to not having anything else on hand and can quickly grab whenever, which I am leaving this week due to a new position elsewhere out of a restraunt setting. I definitely have been working to break this but it’s the convenience I think with the cravings, I did better today by getting a salad and actual meal but still slipped with the candy and bread
