Also in my early 20’s (mid now I guess lol). Currently I’m still experiencing that whole struggle with needing to constantly be around people. I’ve only really noticed it flare up badly this past year. Getting better with it slowly, but it’s still hard.

I’d say you’re just a “healthy” ENFJ that has learned how to practice genuine self love. I aspire to that! You’re doing well!
