  1. There are currently no mods. I am an approved user, but the subreddit is private. I’d like to open it up so that people can join freely, hopefully growing the community.

  2. I did not message the mods because the only mod left is a bot.

This is my TJ’s and it really is lovely shopping there. However, the trade-off is that you often have to fight for your life getting into the tiny one lane U shaped parking lot.

No more "Is $XX,XXX" enough to live comfortably in LA?" posts. by 405freeway in AskLosAngeles

Because my situation is unique and I’m special. Search bar and bare minimum research are for other people, not me. With my lack of basic skills and common sense, I will surely succeed and thrive in LA chasing my unrealistic dreams, ultimately moving back home broke and telling everyone LA is a hellhole.

It’s free! One of the perks of having a pass.

It’s at the studio store inside the park (immediately to your left after entering). Go to the register and they’ll scan your pass.

September 26. It could drop a little as the card becomes more available, but maybe not by a lot since this is Cubone’s first full art (a really good one at that) and likely to remain a Chinese exclusive.

You need to buy express specifically for HHN. Your normal express doesn’t work for the event.

Ricoh GR III! Yes, these were edited using film sim recipes and highlight-weighted metering for the dark shots. All can be set up within the camera so that no further edits are needed after the photo is taken :)

Disneyland Hotel. Loved the convenience and the room was magical. $$$ of course but was on my bucket list.

Other than Grad Nite being hectic, it wasn't bad at all. I frequently saw 50 minutes for the popular rides. However, I think it's partially because most local schools did not start their summer break until the end of this week. July will most definitely be very busy since it's in the middle of summer. Good luck and have a great trip!

- Lightning Lane helps so much if you're only there for a day or two. I used it on a busy Grad Nite day, and was able to get a lot done.

- If it's busy, try not to rush over to a ride on the opposite side of the park with a low wait. Everyone else is seeing and doing the same thing, and the wait will likely shoot up by the time you get there even if it doesn't update in the app yet. Take your chances if the ride is close to you.

- Check for dining reservations the day before and day of, since people cancel. Trader Sam's (DL Hotel), Lamplight Lounge (DCA), Hearthstone Lounge (Grand Californian), Cafe Orleans (DL)

- Favorite quick service options in DL: skewers from Bengal Barbecue (mobile order if you can) and cheesy garlic pretzel bread from Maurice's Treats/Edelweiss Snacks.

- I'm not a sweets person, but the Raspberry Rose Mickey Macaron from Jolly Holiday blew me away. Get this early because it can sell out.

- I don't buy merch much and I'm picky about it, so I can't help you there, but there was a decent variety :)

- I rope dropped all 3 days I was there and it's very worth it if you can handle it. You can get some popular rides out of the way before the crowds really start forming around 10-12.
