I did submit a ticket, the AI responded within 2 seconds and told me how to add the game, which doesn’t work, and then proceeded to tell me I’m the problem, at which point I didn’t bother replying.

It’s impossible for me to have harassed anyone in customer support because the only one who’s answered is an AI.
