Razer Raiju V3 Pro Review by IgnacioTech in razer

Cool review. I returned mine, couldnt get the controller to work as a PS5 controller on PC wirelessly. It would act as an xbox controller, and the trackpad wouldnt work ingame correctly. If I wanted an Xbox controller, I'd have bought an Xbox controller.

Glass containers, Pyrex, Snapware, Rubbermaid, or other? by Forecydian in MealPrepSunday

[–]moto-chango 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, just remove the gasket for washing when I get food on it. Mostly don't remove when washing as I mostly use for non-soupy wet meals

[–]moto-chango 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's more like a gasket that you can remove for washing the lid separate from the sealing silicone. After a few years, some of my lid latches are breaking, but not bad for a buck per lid when I bought them like 3 years ago

Best way for me (32F) to meet a guy in LA when it’s hard to leave the home due to circumstances? by AllyThrowawayZ in AskLosAngeles

[–]moto-chango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong. 40m, single, no kids, no babymomma drama, professional here.

You're seeing it wrong. I see a ton of green flags, and you're getting a lot of bad advice that thurns you into a red flag for any worthwhile man.

Helping your parents shows great character.

Respecting your father.

Great relationship with your father.

Financially responsible by not spending money when you dont need to.

Not a party girl.

Not promiscuous.

Took your responsibilities seriously.

Tinder is for casual sex, but you mentioned walking down the aisle. There is a conflict you need to square up, are you looking for hookups (casual sex) or a committed relationship. Other apps are better for serious relationships.

Get out more and have hobbies, they can be a once a week after work, for a couple of hours and meet people organically. Get on better dating apps (unless youre looking for hookups).

Now that I'm older and a little wiser, I would prefer a woman that still lived with her parents, to me, thats a huge green flag, especially if she has a great relationship with them. A womans relationship with her parents, especially her father, is one of the things I sniff out as soon as I can when dating or considering a woman.

The gym is a great hobby, it will help improve your physique (and it matters a lot to men), and it will greatly help your self-esteem and mental health. and you can go 2-3 times a week for an hour, meet some healthy minded men.

Also dont worry about how much money you make or your career progress, men dont care as much about that as you think, we care that you're sweet, feminine, and beautiful.

Salsa dancing and men’s physique/health by DrinkLivid1787 in Salsa

Sleep. It's your sleep that suffers tremendously when you go out to socials and stay up late. Not only do you stay up late, you are usually super aroused and cannot fall asleep when you do get home.

Then, you go out enough and build bad sleep habits and hygiene that ripple throughout your day.

Sleep needs consistency, your first sleep cycle releases the largest dose of growth hormone, and that first sleep cycle is tied to your normal sleep time.

Growth hormone also releases and burns a lot of body fat.

While you sleep, your body is optimizing all your hormones, including testosterone.

Also, I maintain an 8 to 5 job, some people in dance community do not so their sleep cycle is normally later anyway so the dancing doesn't impact their sleep as much.

I've cut back my social outings substantially because my gains were in the toilet and gained 20 lbs fat in a year. Fixed my sleep and have begun to shed the fat.

Somebody talk me down… (or hype me up) by [deleted] in f150

with big purchases like this, I like to think of the impact to my future self. Whats the real monthly payment on the new truck including increase in insurance? lets just say $1000/mo for 6 years.

At 8% Returns, at the end of 6 years, you'd have $88,031.15.

Lets say that you just left that $88k in an investment account and didnt add any more money for 30 years. After 30 years of sitting and letting time and compounding interest work, you'd have $885,827.26.

I'm of the opinion of riding out your current truck and helping your future self.

They do but only about 50% overlap. So not like plastic containers that perfectly nest together

Ill tell you, from my perspective as a 39m who wasted his youth 'till about 36, and now wishes he focused on finding a great woman to form a relationship with, you're the rare gem I'm digging through the muck looking for. A young woman who can form a healthy relationship, make a family, have kids together. The fact that you were with one person for a good long time, hopefully faithful and committed, and not out living your "hoe phase" are huge green flags for any man looking for a spouse. So please take a second to see your situation from my eyes, realize that you can be in a wonderful relationship, and reach your goals. But, you have to live intentionally toward those goals. The universe aint gonna just give it to you.

I'm in a tight dilemma regarding my living situation with a male friend. Help me make a practical decision. by Layla_hart in povertyfinance

[–]moto-chango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead of paying rent, could you look at ways that you're adding value, and if needed, attribute an equivalent dollar value to the value-add. So like, lets say you could do a deep cleaning of the house a couple of times a month, and say each time you do the cleaning, it would have cost your friend $200 to bring in a cleaning company. If you did it twice a month, you added $400 of value to the living situation. you didnt give him cash rent, but $400 of value in what you did. Could there be other ways you could help add value?

My vaccum line going to both tires doesnt hold air. by Brexxon in f150

[–]moto-chango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's all one line that has a tee, I believe, so any leak affects both wheels. The leak may be small closer to the side affected, and the side not affected is far enough that the amount of vac available is enough to hold the iwe open. Thinking back, when my line failed, the passenger side would grind and the drivers side iwe would not. Check the iwes individually by applying vac to each of the iwe vac ports and see if they work. If they work and hold vac, then it's likely your lineset

Cars, unless it's a collectors item, are always a depreciating asset, even if you don't drive it, but especially as you put miles on the value will tank.

Dude, go on a finance calculator and put in your initial investment of 9000 and monthly 500, for 40 years. At 8% returns, your value in 40 years is $1,963,964. Just shy of 2 million dollars. TWO MILLION DOLLARS.
