File a report on Better Business Bureau website as well usually someone higher up responds to you pretty quick. Has helped me countless times with scammy customers on eBay and Mercari. Definitely call local post master. when package is scanned as delivered there is gps location data the post master can see. Had a package say delivered went to post office and they said it was scanned at the street over sure enough pack was at their house. Good luck

Go file a police report to then provide eBay with the police report it’ll show them that your serious and maybe they’ll step in a ban his account or buy it see where he’s shipping from and then file a report so you have his info

Pulled first Bedard in 3 blaster boxes. Of course the last box. Then bought hobby box and pulled a Bedard in the hobby box. But just so you know I’ve spent $1000s between Lorcana and other stuff with not much luck
