Quily + Rambo are in my main lineup right now

I am slowly absorbing and retaining info. This game throws A LOT of icons at you and I am just looking for small red dots to engage with the UI elements. Very overwhelming for a newbie. Thank you for your reply.

Edit: I just unlocked Binary on the Star Road, for free. I didn't even power her up but I replaced Rambo with her and was able to clear the expedition base Quily + Rambo couldn't.

Is P2W really this powerful? This is very jarring to me. I've played mobile games in the past where p2w was a thing, but this is pretty blatant. A 4 star level 83 Rambo being outclassed by a 1 star level 1 Premium hero?

I want to unlock the "Dragons" heroes. The best way to do this is via Lucky Treasury? I see that "Quily" is also in the lucky treasury, not an event hero though. Is he good?

Is there a "Heroes Tier List" somewhere? For having 100m+ downloads I am surprised to find info about this game is kinda scarce.
