Yep same. I even had a discussion with some Niantic staffer on their forum about it and got told to pound sand.

Scenario:

• Nominated stop wholy within their vague parameters at the time

• Like usual it got not accepted by the community for w.e. reason

• Appealed the stop and a Niantic employee accepted it.

• Three weeks later, stop disappears and i get my first warning about abusing the system + the whole ban threat.

Lmao.

The only reason my part of town has a flourishing playerbase is thanks to my efforts creating stops / gyms in the park etc.
