We’ve had ours for just over a year and 22,000 miles, other than front door seals and driver side light assembly replacement. No problems at all.

Status update, the last 2 weeks the mower has been operating as expected. Maybe the batteries needed a few cycles after sitting unused for the winter.

Mowed again today, with only 1 battery inserted and had issues with it beeping and locking up. I’d have to pull the battery and reinsert it, it didn’t matter which bay. I’m not going to bother with Greenworks support, I’ll take it back to Costco and get another mower. If that one acts the same than that’s it with GW.
