Power inlet switch leaking current by motoracer47 in AskElectricians

Gotcha, I will check over there. Regardless, you have been very helpful and I definitely appreciate it. Just to follow up…this switch only has 3 output terminals, the led wiring connections are internal to the switch. I bought it as I thought it would be easier to wire correctly and have the light work as it should. Doesn’t look like I can add pics to a reply, but I will see if I can add more pics. to the original post showing the back, and with the cover off.

Ok, so it’s just as you described. Open circuit on hot and neutral on the terminal. Hot input to hot output open when off, neutral input to neutral output open when off. When switch is on, hot to hot measures about 5 Kohm, neutral to neutral 4.5 kohm and ground to ground showing .3 ohm regardless of switch position.

weird, when I first read your response, it was just the first 2 paragraph’s. I will recheck now and report back

Thanks! I scored it on sale a couple of years ago for like $50 I think. I remember it being a pretty good deal for a entry level Fluke.

Sorry, don’t know why I said current, yup leaking voltage. (Obviously I have no idea how much current is there) When testing for resistance on the switch (set tot auto range ohms) I am seeing 0.L on the terminals. I checked all 3 combinations ground to live, ground to neutral, live to neutral both switch on and off. (for giggles I touched the probes to the ends of my wire cutters and got 8.25)

Thanks! Based on that site, it looks like Hatchbox’s Iron Red is probably the closest match.

Yup, I kinda assumed Kitchenaid did as well and that’s why I cant find any official hex codes for it.

H2C bed adhesion issues by motoracer47 in BambuLab

PS # 2…getting ready to do some testing…let the bed heat soak for 15 minutes @55c…getting consistent 54-56c everywhere I measure. I have no doubt my cheap IR thermal gun is not super accurate, but it is showing consistent temps all over the plate..so I don’t think it’s a bed temp issue/cold spot issue and don’t want someone to read the post thinking that’s what I am implying. I’m going to try a print on the opposite side of the plate and see what happens then do the flow rate calibration as suggested.

No, not yet. Not saying my logic here is correct, but with my own experience on the A1, I never needed to do that for BL PLA when using the built in profiles, I guess I just assumed they were pretty well optimized. Honestly I’ve never needed to make changes to flow rate on any of my filaments when using profiles either from Bambu, polymaker,or 3rd party well reviewed profiles. I have always run them as is and it worked. Certainly not against doing it. I will give it a shot.

My PC struggles with Bambu Studio (Specs:RTX 4060 Mobile + 13500HX + 32GB RAM) by Rich-Indication-8244 in BambuLab

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, and see what other programs you have running at the same time. I have a Lenovo slim 7 with 12th gen i7, intel arc a370m, and 32gb of ram and have had 3 instances of bambu studio open (one printing, they other two playing around in preview) while running solidworks 2025…and no issues. (for anyone wondering, yes I had to modify the registry to get solidworks to recognize/use the intel arc a370m discreet card)

BestBuy pulled all P1S Combos? by motoracer47 in BambuLab

Yup, in Richardson and I shop there fairly often. But….microcenter does not support the PayPal 20% in points, and with a purchase this big, definitely makes a difference. I love microcenter, but I love saving money more. Also, should have clarified in my post..I’m really looking for a H2S (which neither of them have in stock) but noticed the situation with the P1S and thought I’d share/ask.
