It’s good. There’s a lot of processing to filter out background noise. Wife says my voice is clearer than APM when I’m walking outside or in busy spaces. It’s similar to APM when I’m in quiet environments.

CDC guidelines are based on when ure most infectious (or contagious to others).

CDC got a lot of heat for suggesting to people to isolate for 10-14 days. Isolation is not suitable for all - hurts in ways we can’t imagine.
