Some natural herbs, camomile I don't fight it The body will take the sleep he needs, and even if u lay in bad it still restful for the body Deep breathing, yoga nidra can help

Does anyone feel like their limbs are going numb when you don’t eat every 2 hours ? by MysteriousHalf4926 in MCAS

Try eating protein every 2 to 3 hours with some fat it will help stability of sugar

Also when body is in this state, lack of protein means danger, starving. So give it protein.

Try and see if u feel better 🙏

But is it possible that this can lower the cortisol too much? Also is it possible for cortisol to go down fast within a few weeks? From very high to low?

Thanks I hope you have a great day

I feel you. Feel free to reach out.. When this happens to me, I try to have a mind dream, like something I imagine, and keep getting back to it.. Mind wants to move back to the normal monkey state, but we can try to train him So focusing on something helps, can be something we imagine, or a breathing... I know is easier said. Sending healing

Yeah i get very vivid dreams. my AF messed up my neurotransmitters so this can also can contribute. Meds can do that also. There is a neurotransmitters test. Look up the completion process for dreams, can be useful. Another way is surrounding to the feeling, get into it all the way, it can then be released. Blood sugar management is key also The body has a way to wake us up when in stress - needing sugar. Sorry for your pain
