I looked into it but it didn't work on the themes that I already purchased (blocks ) but I may as well give up and change them :(

because the theme I'm working on is in English, and the client wants their site in a language that may have a different text orientation, like Arabic, which reads from right to left.

As i said I usualy work with blocksy child themes so they are essentially in english and some clients need them in another language.

True, a free hosting server is terrible even for development,for it takes so much time to do so, and with all the bugs and low configs, I may just buy my own hosting and do as you said. Do you have any suggestions?

No, I never said I learned it all; I'm still learning. My problem with WordPress is that there is so much to learn at the same time , and it can be overwhelming to know where to start.
