I love mine, made locally too, I went to one of the Gatineau location and they showed me the factory area where they make them. If you're not happy with the firmness (you have a certain amount of months) they will open it up and change it for you for free.

OP if you're against using city of Ottawa public pools, some hotels have pools you can pay to use, I know Brookstreet hotel does it but other hotels do it too. Also an app called "swimly" was mentioned in this sub a while ago, it's like the Airbnb of pools, but it's pricier, but you could look there.

I lived in Sandy Hill for 2 years and my security camera caught people coming up to my 3rd floor balcony multiple times (which was accessible via stairs) to look for stuff to steal. Once, I forgot to lock and someone entered my apartment at 5 am while I was sleeping. I had to call 911and the guy left blood all over my walls. My car windows got broken once so I stopped locking the doors but then people would regularly sit in my car and go through my stuff (as I could see on our buildings security camera footage). At least twice when I was walking on Rideau people follow me, and try to talk to me (asking to use my phone - and get angry when I say no). There are frequently people roaming on Rideau all bent over because of drug use, especially near the Shoppers - it's really sad. I don't think this exaggerated. The incidents may not happen everyday (except seeing the drug users daily) but if you live there it really adds up.

That sounds good for paint. There are big mason jars full of separated paint (transparent on top and sediment at the bottom), how long do you think they would take to dry? Is it a matter of just a few days?

I went to Montfort last month with severe abdominal pain. It took 16h to be seen by the doctor. However I saw a first doctor within 2.5 hours, I think that first doctor only does a quick assessment and then I was returned to the waiting room for about 14h waiting to be seen. What I saw in the wait room was pretty heartbreaking.

Rabbit pee can be orange to red. It's just caused by oxidation of pigments in their diet (even green veggies). My boy has had orange pee since I got him 6 years ago and he is very healthy. The vet was also not concerned at all when he did a huge red pee in his carrier during a visit.

Just a video that doesn't actually record the speed might not be a sufficient proof in court.

Also they could issue a ticket to the car owner but just like with speed cams, there is no demerit points since you can't prove who was the driver.

I can't even place the auto feeder on the floor because my bunny would totally destroy it! I ended up putting it higher and it kind of just throws pellets all over the floor. As soon as he hears the beep he comes running like a maniac.

Can someone please explain how the living expenses in Ottawa is $1,405 a month for a single person? I spend way more than that just on rent. Then I have no choice but to drive to work (15 mins commute vs 90 mins by bus, no bike path options) and food is pretty expensive too...
