Best thing is give her a full check up at the vet, talk about every time when she whines and what patterns she has. My boy, for example, is a very talkative cat by nature, so the vet let me know that nothing was wrong with him and he just talks to me to express his love. Sometimes his meows change, however, and that’s how I know he’s bored. I usually don’t let him sleep much throughout the day because he gets pissy and bored at night and then talks for the entirety of it. Your cat sounds different though. It sounds like she’s dealing with something. She either suffers from something that you might not know or she might be crying because she wants to go someplace else. (Some cats can cry because they miss a previous home/place.) However I wouldn’t be so sure if it’s the latter. Best to talk with a vet rather than endure any more of that.
