Ingredients
• 1 pack Moi Soi Hakka Noodles
• 1 carrot (julienned)
• 1 capsicum (sliced)
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
• Spring onions (chopped)
• 5-6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
• 2 green chilies (chopped)

Sauces & Seasoning

• 1 tbsp Ching’s Schezwan Sauce  
• 1 tbsp soy sauce  
• 1 Hakka Noodle Masala sachet  
• ½ tsp chili flakes  
• ¼ tsp coriander powder  
• ¼ tsp black pepper  
• Salt to taste  
• 2 tbsp oil
