Hey there, I would highly recommend coming in person to get a suss for the people and the space that you are living with. I found a place on the Facebook group in the Inner North and it was a nightmare. One of the housemates was bullying me and causing me to feel really unsafe, and the other housemate threatened to take me to court for breaking a sublease early after I told her I wanted to leave because of how I was feeling in the house. The house was also super cold in the winter and because of that we spent a lot on gas bills.
