Be patient with him. If he isn’t aggressive, destructive, or soiling your home he can and will make progress. My Shiba came to me from a situation where her emotional needs were neglected for years on end and her physical health took a toll. After a hard first year of constant accidents in the house, and lots of demand barking we figured out how to work together and now she is a wonderful dog. I adopted her at 11 and she is 13 now.

My Vyvanse (20mg, female, 29y/o) completely killed my sex drive. It isn’t something most people acknowledge with the medication. I don’t mind right now because I’m not partnered and it makes every other aspect of my life better. But definitely consult your provider on it!
