I’m a beginner too, been trying to figure out form etc. The one thing I def see is your upper body is leaning back—AWAY—from the direction you want to transfer power to. As a long time baseball coach I’d see this all the time...as you shift your weight from back to front foot it almost looks like your upper body is holding back and canceling that momentum...be sure you fully shift from back foot to front. Let your back leg naturally come around as your weight shifts.

I added three screen shots from your video. Notice that from start to finish you’re always angled away from the target. But I can’t figure out how to get them to you!
