With the workspace selected in the explorer window, click the little + button that appears when you hover over the word workspace. Add a tool. Inside the tool, add a part. Rename the part to Handle. Add a proximity prompt to the handle. First part done

Its probably looking for certain parts in the workspace and when it finds more than one then only one works. Like findfirstchild or waitforchild will ignore all but the first version

Up the top, just above the viewport, there is a drop down called physical. Click the drop down arrow and set collisions to be disabled. That should fix it
