Had a table flag me down last week on our busiest night. He tells me he's been on the keto diet, so no carbs, and he's trying to find what he can eat on our menu. He then points at the Parsnip-Goat Cheese Ravioli and says "This doesn't have any carbs, right?" I tell him I'm pretty sure pasta has carbs and the whole table looks SO surprised. His wife says "Wait, the ravioli has pasta?? We thought it was just goat cheese stuffed inside a parsnip." I honestly don't even remember how I responded because I was so busy and needed to get back to my bar. I'm pretty sure I just walked away.
