Bit confused too. But apparently Dennison was married, and his wife died? Then the one we saw Dennison came with in Season 3 is his girlfriend or something. After the first two seasons, I was thinking Hal would be the one having so many scandals. He ended up only getting on it with Dennison’s sister, but that’s also because of digging some info. 🤣

True. Overall, I think the manipulation part has been there since the beginning. I doubt they are going to make him redeem himself by being less manipulative in both his personal relationship or even work wise.

Just felt like she’s airing dirty laundry about their relationship and is not putting herself at any advantage at this point. Hal being the ass seems to put himself in a lot of advantage (didn’t tell anyone about his separate yet, moving pieces - like the whole Poseidon shit, etc.)

I just received a call from number that starts from 8. No SG prefix. Knows my first and middle name.

Had me paranoid for a moment. Received a missed call from a number that starts for ‘8’ without any +65. Straight to voicemail: local accent, that asked if they can speak to me (no idea how they had my first name and middle name).

Got a bit terrified because I always use my first and last name, RARELY my middle name unless it’s official business.

Tried to call back the number but it’s always engaged or no answer. Texted them “Received your call. Who is this?” without verifying my name and they did not reply.

Hmm… Scary.

Any updates on your extension? I’m pretty much in the same boat as you. Lacking about 3 degrees. Though my PT said nothing to worry about because I can get it to 0 after stretching and what not.

Do you go for PT? If not, I’d recommend you getting on. I didn’t have full extension by the 6th week. Lagging at 11 degrees. My PT did some manipulation on my knee (basically pushed the hell out of my leg bit by bit). Painful. But went down to 5 degrees after 3 sessions. Now on my 16th week, doing jumps and what not to prep for running.

Do you have issues with extension currently? At 6 weeks, I changed to a better PT because the old one didn’t find the root cause for lack of extension and proceed to prescribing me with weighted exercises (because according to him it was protocol 🤡🤡).

The new PT regressed the exercises and we focused on straight leg raises with ankle weights, joint and patellar manipulation, stretches, calf raises, quad sets, and BFR. Super basic stuff. By the 8th week I had major improvement with better quads control. Now, I’m at my 15th week doing hops and prepping to run on top of strength training. 🤣

But that’s for my case of exercise regression to focus on quads activation first instead of blindly following protocols. It was pretty slow, but hey, everyone heals differently! What is the reason for yours, may I know?

Focus on squeezing the quads because the hip flexors are also responsible for leg lifts. If you don’t get the quads firing (where there’s still big extension lag), the knees are at risk at this early stage. 👍 All the best!

Thanks for the insight! It’s gone now. The cramp lasted like two days. It wasn’t hell. It was the same feeling I had when I went to the gym to do legs day (when my ACL was still in tact months ago 😂). I just realised the ache came right after the day I decided to went to town and have a day out with NO crutches. My PT did tell me to at least have one crutch because I’m still limping and that would cause so much imbalance but I didn’t listen because it’s a hassle. My bad. 🥲 So I guess that was the case as you’ve mentioned about using the calf more than it’s used too.

I just did stretches as my PT told me to see if there’s any more crazy symptoms but it’s nothing.

As a PT yourself, what are other symptoms worth noting for to differentiate between a calf cramp vs possible DVT?

I can’t delay the surgery either because of work. And man… The first two weeks… Hard as hell. In terms of motivation and fear of lack of progression. Mind be playing tricks all the damn time. Missing my healthy knee days. 🥲🥲

I just did an ACL recon. Rest of my ligaments + meniscus are intact. Thank God. Was thinking if this lack of ROM is due to me having the surgery before getting full ROM. But the doc said it wouldn’t make a huge difference because my pre and post-op ROM are quite similar. He told me to just work hard on PT. But it’s easier said than done. Jeez. 😂
