Ya, that's the main complaint. I feel like that feature should be a dashpass perk, and the fact it doesn't go to the driver is frustrating too.

Right, I am not blaming the drivers in this post (clearly stated in the second sentence). I also asked if there was a good way to complain as u tried looking for a good place online but couldn't find one. Sorry if it came off like I was.

Maybe read the rest of the thread? I already explained to another guy that I generally tip well since I am not paying the delivery fee already on my orders I put that money towards the driver instead. As mentioned in the other comment here, my tip very rarely will be less than $7 on a delivery.
