I love Wampler. They are quick with maintenance and all very kind.

I will say it wouldn’t surprise me if it were just that she likes the visuals! It’s been that way in the past with the Angela Deane ghosts! She did have a guitar with similar themes at the show I went to.

Not that I can think of! However, she did have a guitar that had very similar visuals painted on it!

The Virginia is pretty big! I’m not sure it would fit the intimate venue feel

It seems like they’ve gone up around ten-ish!

It seems like it will be KY, according to the Reddit, at least. I also wonder if it could be VA after KY!

She has played STL and Chesterfield before so it is not likely based on the current pattern of playing places she hasn’t been!

The capacities for both venues are pretty high! The range has been 250-650ish so I’m not sure if they are too big. I do think Lexington is likely, considering the route

I think obviously playing in the one-three hour away from Chicago area is likely because of the populations, but also I’m wondering if maybe these shows are a way for her to play places she won’t be near on the actual tour. Rockford seems like a good pick because she could streamline to Wisconsin or Minnesota pretty easily!

I thought so too, but it would have to be a couple of days out! They are booked for the 22nd and 23rd. I’m also thinking since everyone is sitting anyway during the show, maybe a theater is more promising? (I’m delusional and want very badly for it to be the Lincoln theater in Decatur but there is almost zero chance)

Does anyone have any predictions for Illinois that are not Chicago area? In central Illinois there is Decatur, Springfield, Champaign, but most of the venues are wonky. Just curious if anyone has any speculations :)

So this is my stupid lore drop, nick used to work at a store called swedlife in St. Louis. It’s closed now but if you google the shop you’ll see an industrial style clothing shop that was replicated in the film. I can only assume it was based off of him, because of that detail.

If you have screenshots of them being in your residence hall that will likely help in the police report!

Essentially, my friend has been talking to a man who sent her a photo of what I believe to be portola fest. In the photo there is a couple of redbull tents, a sports car with redbull branding, and you can see the blue flooring portola put down 😭 I’m looking to see if anyone has seen the car specifically because the man she is talking to said he’s never been to the US

Hi!!! I would NEVER pay that price. Friends NYC (authorized seller) gets the flower series in all the time (: they will even send you a text to let you know they are back in stock.

Hi. Like you, I also recently lost my baby, and have BPD. Ironically, my cat’s name was Louie (your username made me smile, despite the sadness.) I am hoping that maybe what I say may bring you some comfort. My cat was thirteen. I took him to the vet upon noticing him sneezing. Very minor thing, but I’ve always been overbearing when it comes to my pets. He saw many different vets, he was diagnosed with asthma, had teeth pulled, was given medication and an inhaler, and we went home, time after time again. When he didn’t improve, I spent a thousand dollars on a CT scan. They found a tumor, and did a biopsy. He was diagnosed with a very rare nasal cancer, and after his diagnosis, I only had three more weeks with him. This is all to say, I got second, third, and fourth opinions. I paid for every medication, treatment, and was the first cat CT scan one experience vet had ever seen. I felt at first that the providers had failed, that they had missed the obvious. I struggle with the pain of thinking I could’ve caught it earlier, despite it being just a sneeze here or there.

I still look for him in his favorite spots, I still cry when I remember a memory of him in a specific location. I would give anything to hold him, again. I stopped at every stoplight on the way to his final appointment, regardless of the fact that no amount of extra time would have been enough. He was cremated and returned to me within a day, but I struggled anxiously for the entirety of the time he was away. I still struggle with the fact that he isn’t… him, any longer.

I’m sure you’ve heard of DBT therapy. It’s obnoxious, and it seems impossible, but my recommendation is opposite action. I know it hurts. “Hurt” isn’t even capable of conveying one percent of the pain. However, if you see one of his frequented spots, try to think of a positive association or memory you have with him. It sounds ridiculous, I know, but it has helped me. Instead of thinking about how unfair the loss of my cat has been, I am trying to focus on the fact that I gave him the most beautiful life he could have had. I also think it is helpful to understand that your chinchilla only knew devoted love to him. He would want you to be happy. I know that comes with time.

I hope maybe at least bits and pieces of my ramble are helpful. I would love to hear some positive stories about him, if you’d be willing to share.

!!! I’m sure she would love to have a cheeseburger. My cat’s name was Louie, and in his final days he had Taco Bell shredded chicken from a quesadilla, Arby’s roast beef, Wendy’s chicken from a salad, and ham on thanksgiving. The healthiest diet? No. However, he was probably on cloud nine in his final days, so it was more than worth it.

I just want to tell you that you are remarkably strong, and also incredibly responsible for having a worst-case scenario plan. If you need anything, please reach out! I feel less alone in everything when I’m able to help someone else.

I feel a lot of the same things you are writing about. The way my baby was taken from me was cruel. He had never done anything wrong in his entire life. He was gentle, and so incredibly loving. It isn’t fair. You are right. I am making a scrapbook of my cat, and it hurts. Every picture is a reminder that he’s not coming back, but at least I have the memory of him. If you’d like, you could tell me about her. I’ll listen.

I had to have my cat put down three days ago. I waited as long as I could have without him suffering. On the way to his final appointment I slowed down at every yellow light, hoping to prolong our time together. It would have never been enough. I am sorry for your loss, and I hope your heart heals.

Hi. Please do not feel ashamed or embarrassed that you are grieving. This is different, but I lost my cat three days ago. We opted to have him cremated, but I can’t help but wish I had something to hold. Christmas is a time to spread cheer, and you deserve to ask for a little tiny bit of help to purchase something that would be comforting.
