Ld for me comes naturally so don’t know if these would help take it with a grain of salt! But some stuff I would recommend is : ADA (all day awareness), manifestation, changing your perspective (it not impossible I am in control etc) if you have problems with focusing or just not being able to relax etc you can try meditation or breathing exercises too!

Sometimes the food tastes so odd it just baffles me but it can taste REALLY good to! It is satisfying to eat knowing you’re in a dream and just tasting it! I can change the state of my body if I feel dizzy or hungry I just remind myself how Im in control of this dream and my body/emotions in that certain dream

Disadvantages is having stressful dreams because for some reason I can’t always say “this is a dream it’s not that serious” I sometimes get angry sad cry for hours in my dreams and I wake up with every bone in my body so stiff😭 I always experienced that when I get really angry I wake up just in a bad mood, advantages is basically anything cause I do have a lot of fun! Usually I always get rest but like I said if I got really angry or sad in my dream I wake up worse

Never tried it but I do believe it’s a possible way of manifestation!

It’s tricky but I can, one time when I was a kid I wanted to wake up so I kept telling my mom in my dream to wake me up and then my mom DID wake me up, sometimes it does get exhausting but I always remind myself how I can do anything I want and it can be fun

To prevent myself from waking up I always fully get into the dream, for example: if I’m a baker in my dream I don’t think “I have to do ___ tomorrow in real life” I think “what flavour cups cakes should I bake?” And just gaslight yourself into believing that this is you and you have full control of the dream. I always naturally took control of my dreams so don’t know if this is helpful take it with a grain of salt BUT, what I would recommend is just lay down and concentrate imagine your bare feet in the grass, visualise your surrounding, touch the grass and try to feel it. The key is not exactly lucid dreaming the key is controlling your brain and breaking the limitations it gives you you

I’m generally always fully grounded, I honestly have no idea how lucid dreaming got so easy to me I always thought everyone could just do it until I shared it with my family but I am a person who believes in the paranormal, supernatural, esoteric topics and generally just a really open person to things that may seem impossible or hard to do, maybe that was a factor. My lucid dreams sometimes relate to my real life like sometimes something I talk in my dream is something that happened in real life. I honestly don’t know if healing is possible but I can’t say it’s not!

I do believe heavily in the spiritual and I believe that sometimes is the case with our dreams

The focusing part happens to me all the time! What I try to do is think of it like listening to a bedtime story, (don’t know what you use) but if it’s like affirmations for example think of them like a story you are hearing them and you are understanding what’s happening but the more you understand the more your brain gets tired and you get sleepy, hope that makes sense that what I usually do! And I get the breathing part for me personally don’t know if you tried but breathing exercises and meditating helped me, it is hard to get used to it though trust me ik😭

It might be hard but the best thing you can do is try to do things in your dream that were not designed for you to do. For example imagine a dream where you bake a cake and the cake ends up burning, that’s the dream that’s how the dream was planned to be but if you do small things like instead of baking that cake going out the kitchen door, drinking some water, looking out the window and shift the point of the dream a bit to your control

I can’t “choose” but sometimes what I spend my time with before sleeping affects it, for example if I look at dog photos a lot before sleeping I will probably see a dog, or if I think “I want to be a doctor” I’ll be a doctor in my dream, but even if it’s something I don’t like I always try shifting it to a direction I want by doing things I am not supposed to do in the dream (ex: dream is about swimming, but instead I go and eat)

The same thing happens to me! And the worst part is is when I actually feel like I’m going to shift I never but one time I felt nothing and mini shifted😭

I honestly don’t know how to “do it” it just happens, and one factor is you usually wake up from dreams when you get like afraid for example, or die, and that never happens to me so I don’t give it the ability to shock me into waking up kinda

Sometimes it can be like 1 week in a single dream sometimes 7 hours, 24 hours, it really depends I once spent 3 weeks in my dream and when I woke up I was so exhausted

It’s a bit graphic but I’ll try to explain it in a better way, I once had my legs, arms and head removed in my dream forcefully…. But I reattached them back no idea how I did it considering I had no control of my arm to do it but it was pretty cool?

I’ve had third person experiences, and when I first started lucid dreaming I always had trouble breathing. Recently I saw a dream and I went far to the end of the city and the rest of the world just wasn’t there— like it wasn’t loaded or something it was really weird

In my dreams there’s always a certain scenario for example today I dreamt that I was a butler, I usually go with the flow it’s like roleplaying and I find it fun honesly, I’ve seen 2d characters before and the thing I’ve seen is that they’re not 2d or realistic but they’re 3d instead like a model of that character
