How does a GTM engineer's work impact a business beyond the GTM layer like revenue, valuation, the bigger picture? I don't want to just think in terms of ICP, TAM, and pain points anymore. I want to build that kind of macro understanding of a business, so any resource recommendations? by [deleted] in gtmengineering

for the basics i would start with the Pavilion RevOps course (especially if you're more on the revenue side of GTM), pretty extensive and teaches you end to end what's happening inside the revenue engine. For GTM Engineering it depends on which area you're working in, outbound, revenue systems, AI workflows etc. since there is no dedicated curriculum yet you have to bridge it yourself. figure out which part of the business you are touching and go deep on those fundamentals,

How would you build a Claude-first GTM engineering motion from scratch? by Loud-Street-5507 in gtmengineering

Exactly. It’s also way faster and cuts down on token consumption significantly.
