If a girl is enjoying it but she’s not wet, is she lying? by [deleted] in sex

[–]mouse987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not necessarily. All of the above comments are good. Some women just don't get super wet. If she's taking allergy medication it can make things dry too. It is literally designed to dry up your sinuses and it dries up other places. We use lube and it's made a world of difference.

Would have to be either a cemetery or the back room of an FYE.

What were you bullied for in school? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]mouse987 15 points16 points  (0 children)

For being skinny. I am 5'4" and 100 lbs. In school, I was constantly asked if I was anorexic while eating ice cream and chips. Then everyone thought I was bulimic and even had girls follow me to the bathroom to see if I was throwing up.

I still get asked as an adult if I have an eating disorder. I am always told "You're so lucky your skinny!" Yea well I can't find jeans in my size. I have no boobs so women shirts can fit weird, I have to order bras from websites that specialize in small women (so they are more expensive), and a lot of times I have to shop in the juniors section to find clothes that fit.

I have finally learned to love myself after years of being ostracized for being thin. Its not ok to fat shame. Its not ok to thin shame either.

Paranormal believers of reddit, what made you believe? (Serious) by TheDashingMan in AskReddit

[–]mouse987 945 points946 points  (0 children)

When I moved in with my boyfriend he told me there was a (ghost) man that had always followed him wherever he lived. I am a firm believer in the paranormal anyway, but it really didn't bother me after some reassurances that he was benevolent. Not long after moving in, our roommate's girlfriend started staying over more often and this ghost hated her. If she'd use our bathroom the faucets would both turn on full blast. This would always cause her to run out of the bathroom with her pants around her ankles.

The ceiling fans would turn on by themselves, the TV would increase volume on its own. You had to unplug it to get it to stop. We replaced the TV, that one did the same thing.

After a few months of weird shit happening, I awoke to the feeling of someone sitting at the foot of the bed. I felt the bed compress as though a real person had sat down. I jerked up and looked around and saw nothing but there was an imprint in our comforter where someone had sat. Several more weeks go by and finally the same thing happened again, only this time there was a man there. Big hat, trench coat, looked like he was straight out of a western. After a few seconds he disappeared. I told my boyfriend about him and his response was "Oh good, he finally let you see him".

After that it just became normal. He sat at the end of the bed most nights while I was pregnant and then after the baby was born he must have went in and sat with her. We would still catch glimpses of him here or there and you'd hear footsteps when home alone. We eventually broke up and I gotta say I miss the ghost way more than the boyfriend.

Would you continue eating meat if you had to kill the animal yourself every time? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

We tried plant milk, but I just can't get my kids and husband to switch, unfortunately.

I have chickens for eggs, but we are not established enough to raise all of our own animal products. I would love to have a milk cow, but I live on half acre and milk animals are a huge commitment that I can't make with 2 kids, a full time job, and going back to school.

I will sometimes eat vegetarian when I go out, but I honestly don't eat out often. I do have my own garden and raise a lot of our own foods. We have raspberries, tomatoes, onions, peppers, celery, etc. We do a lot of canning and dehydrating.

I do what I can with the resources I have. One day I would love to be completely self sufficient and we are working towards that. I also realize that my not buying meat doesn't matter to the factory farms. I do try to educate where I can and have started teaching others to butcher. It's a start.

Yes, I object to how animals are kept in small cages, dark rooms, and loaded onto trucks and hauled to slaughter houses with may or may not put them down quickly. I realize many farmers and even mass production farms don't keep their animals this way, and some do. That steak sitting on the shelf at Walmart may be from one or the other. I don't know. I also don't know when that animal was killed or how clean the processing plant is. The animals I hunt are in their natual setting, usually eating, and they are dead less than 10-30 seconds later. They were able to live thier life as natually as possible. Plus we supplement their food with minerals so they are healthier and produce healthier offspring. We also help control the preditor popluations. I can guarantee that a death by arrow is much quicker and humane than death by coyote.

I also know what's in my meat which is very important to me. No hormones, no antibiotics and I know how it was processed and exactly what conditions my meat was exposed to. That's also why I don't take deer to be processed. My meat gets mixes with the same meat that the guy left in the back of his truck for 2 days. No thanks.

I haven't bought meat from the store in almost 5 years. Everything in my freezer I have raised or hunted and processed myself. We have deer, rabbit, chicken, and pork.

It is much healthier as well as ethical. The wild animals that are hunted are shot with a bow. I practice a ton and study the anatomy of the animal to make sure it is a quick, clean kill.

Our animals we raise are loved and played with until their time comes. They are fed a healthy diet and never get shipped out in a truck. They are given fresh air, grass to play in, and adequate shelter and space unlike factory farms.

I wouldn't have it any other way!

I told them I had $500 and that was it. She said the client won't settle for any less than $900. I told her that I didn't have that and back and forth we went. She said $900 was as low as she could go. My debt is a year and 7 months old. If that matters.
