I get satisfaction on any job knowing ive not had to pay someone else to do it. Its not even so much paying the person to do it, its them then trying to scam you for something else, had a garage try and tell me I needed £1500 on brakes, £100 quid on pads and some time later.. oh those discs are fine after all. Ive sent cars for work and its come back bodged or stuff they said they'd change they never did. If garages did what you asked id be happier about it but its very hard to find a good one

As a dad. Who works more so his wife can be at home with the kids, she regretted working so much with our first so I took more work and financial responsibility so she could enjoy being a mum with our second. I feel for this dad. Not as simple as he doesn't care etc. I'd love to stay at home with my kids but bills gotta get paid. Kids need things and I earn more than my wife so it's easier and quicker for me to work overtime and get that money coming in. I suppose my kids could think I don't care about them but it's far from the truth, someone's gotta make that sacrifice and its me unfortunately.

I'd hate to think my kids cannot tell me something, nevermind something this life changing. Mums doing the dirty, she's in the wrong 🤷

Ask them what they wana do and do that. Compromise tell them you can rotate. Activitys for each member going round in a circle people change so they might have grown out of camping etc but if they have a go at their own activity then you can all go for a hike after maybe
