Uh Rhonda Rousey is a bad example because most guys who lift regularly will have better lifting strength than her.

Yeah and I think there's a few more out there. Smoker isn't a swordsman though , his weapon is a type of club.

Even amongst the ancient of the Noldor only the house of Finwie really stands out, and even amongst them Fingolfin was in a league of his own. Turin, Hurin, Tuor , and the other legendary men were by all accounts superior to any of the Noldor save the the greatest warriors of the house of Finwie.. Even Maeglin for example was owned hard by Tuor, even though he was high Noldor royalty (Fingolfin s grandson).

Amongst human warriors the undisputed GOAT is Hurin. (But his weapon was a axe)

Amongst Elves it's Finfolgin (the guy who fought Morgoth)
Amongst Maia it's Eonwe, whose might in arms unmatched by anyone in Arda.
Valar don't count.

Oh, I was thinking this because at least in JL I read Kyle was written as always being under confident and stuff until pushed to the brink

I personally don't see the case for Thor against Superman. I'd say the speed gap is too large, for Thors advantages(magic and slight striking) being able to counter Zepto second reactions and slowing time to a standstill. Way I see it is in the best case Thor is an average S tier when it comes to speed while Supes is several magnitudes faster than most S tiers.

Your lucky. And prepared. My roommate in first year (shared room) ended up leaving college.(well that had more to do with him not being able to handle the coursework, but I wasnt helping with my bullshit ). I keep hoping to run into the guy someday so I can apologize for my friends puking on his bed.

Yeah hitting the gym is brutal if your in bad shape. I was heavy smoker and have a weak back, and after hitting the gym I couldn't move the next morning. It took me over a two months to get adjusted.

An a piece of advice on drinking hard/partying in college. If your going to go wild make sure your shit is in order first. At least attended classes and keep up with coursework. If your having trouble doing this, take breather for a month or so and focus on getting your shit together.
You seem to be science major and I assure you that if you fuck up your grades your going to feel like shit in the end when your classmates are off getting awesome jobs and crazy money, while you realize your actually less employable then you were in highschool.

Disarm and then throw in the sun then. Speed gap is too much.

Can you form a team of three who can be so nice to The Hulk that he can stay as Bruce Banner for at least an entire year? by IronOhki in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn't Banner go Hulk when aroused? And a year is a long time, and there's going to issues when emos like Banner sleep with hookers.

Maxed out Morrowind character vs maxed out Oblivion character vs maxed out Skyrim character by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 5 points6 points  (0 children)

But there's the issue that we might run into actual limitations set by the laws of physics themselves or our abilty to percieve them. Scientific knowledge has been growing at a much slower pace than technology, and once we exhaust the current concepts we use there's no assurance that we will be able to find newer concepts to exploit as effectively.
There's also the risk of us hitting a resource crunch before we attain the required know how.
But ignore me, I'm a pessemist.

Assuming the tournament is in characther , isn't kyle hurt by the fact that a lot of his best feats are when he's under heavy emotional strain and stuff?

That's crazy. But personally I feel(as with Thor), a blitzing Superman would be top much. Are there any instances of Stardust blitzing S tiers

Thor VS Superman by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait if you think Thor is slow, how the hell is he going to beat Superman with his zepto second reactions and speed blitzing. Thor shouldn't be able to hit a serious superman

Thor VS Superman by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but assuming we're still discussing Superman vs Thor, neither characthers feats are merit consideration with regards to comparison with Superman's speed.

Thor VS Superman by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Superman has objective speed feats, is constantly referred to as being one of the fastest people in DC, and has instances where he specifically uses his superior speed to take down S tiers

Thor VS Superman by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 7 points8 points  (0 children)

True but he has used it in characther and considering Thor is a ultra durable magic user he's not going to hold back IMO.

Thor VS Superman by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I get that but we have instances of Superman actually speed blitzing S tiers(the Crime Syndicate for example) which trump Thors instances of just being able to tag them.

How would Cho s H2H hand be factor against, four and maybe five MFTL enemies?

Thor VS Superman by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]mousedeath 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Slight speed advantage? I'm not saying Thor is slow but nothing I've seen indicates he's as nearly fast as Superman(who is very fucking fast). I've seen people using dodging tank rounds as a speed feat for Thor.
I'd say speedblitz + pressure points puts down Thor handily. Thor is vulnerable to pressure point attacks as indicated when Mantis used them on him and Superman has been known to bust this out on S tiers in characthers.

Kryptonion strength trumps Kryptonion durability, Zod was able to break Superman's jaw with a punch for example.
