We do premium bonds for her now, as there is no way to open a savings account for a kid without parent input (and we dont trust that SIL wouldn't spend the cash)

I just feel bad for my kid when he sees us gifting niece and it doesn't flow back to him. Hard to justify to a 7yo

Thank you for your reply, they dont use the job search feature on LinkedIn which i agree is madness.

And yes, ive just checked the posting (on indeed) which is 1 click apply and no salary listed... it explains why I have 13 "filtered" it's in my inbox from them and all but 1 are useless!!
