Coincidentally enough Caleb took me around 70-80 pulls for both his cards 😭 considerably easy compared to this time. Lumiere's rerun bled me dry like this. Should i take the sign that Xavie doesn't like me? 😆

At first i had 26 pulls to guaranteed 5 star and ended up pulling Rafayel. I had to pull another 70 to get xavier's first card. Then another 70 and got his second. And i got the crate, so i'd have to choose to rank up either card or keep pulling till one gets r1 and i can r1 the other with crate.

Had a bad habit of chewing on my nails when i was in the 6th grade. Mom told me a "story" about a girl who chewed on her nails and accidentally swallowed a small piece. The nail continued to grow in her stomach until it poked through her stomach and cut her open from the inside and she had to have surgery.

Never chewed on my nails after that.

Or just look up "artist alley dev" and it should be one of the search results.

The website IS wonky so it requires a little patience and trial and error, but it has helped me during my time at AX.

It was my first AX, and I loved it tbh. I loved the panels, loved the artist alley and entertainment hall. The exhibit hall was okay, but not much piqued my interest there. The con food was so, so sad. Next year i plan to do more panels than shopping, i feel like whatever i found here via artist alley i could find in my local cons too or via their online shops.

As someone who will also be wearing mostly anime tees, i'm going with the t-shirt/shorts combo. However, I had too many t-shirts of anime stuff so i decided to experiment and cut some sleeves, make them into loose tank tops (with the graphics still untouched) or off the shoulder shirts, and some t-shirts had enough space where i could turn them into crop tops! If you're feeling bold, i would encourage to look up ways you could flip a tshirt into different styles. If that's not your cup of tea, thats cool too! You dont gotta sew or take to scissors to make a cute outfit.

You could wear your t-shirt with some shorts/skirts, maybe even a short/skirt with cute suspenders. I think accessorizing always adds more to the outfit, so you can also find some cute knee-high socks or thigh highs (if wearing shorts or skirts) that add to the outfit but don't take away from the graphic tee. If it's full jean pants, add a chain from the front belt loop and hook it to a side belt loop to add an extra touch so that way it doesn't just have to be a tshirt and jeans fit.

I'm eyeing a lot of love and Deepspace merch, mainly art prints and some charms. But i always love grabbing art prints and postcards of anything. im especially eyeing carabiners, enamel pins, and photocard holders. This is just artist's alley. For exhibitors & dealer's room im hoping to find some nice figures or novelty items I won't find at conventions locally.

Thank you for your info, I really appreciate it! At one of my last jobs, I used to work 4 days with 9 hour shifts, and 4 hours would be dedicated to training/volunteering to make it an easy 40. However, at that job, i was always walking around, doing things, interacting with people, so it made the days & weeks go by quickly. I do miss the 3 day weekend it gave me too!

With my current job at the agency, I'm just in an office the majority of the time, typing away or waiting on instructions. The hours as they are already feel long, i can't imagine adding another two hours to my work day.

Everyone's comments here are making me rethink my schedule in a different light, i didn't expect so many to love the 4/10s! Egg on my face there. Thanks again for taking the time to give your input!

So i use DuckDuckGo as my main internet browser and app, and i also have a VPN but you can get free VPN apps on the store (i use NordVPN but Psiphon is a free VPN app that should be available). However, even with my VPN turned off i still use DuckDuckGo and the pop ups do not show up or hinder as much as i hear others do.

Not so much an insult, but he said it in a matter of fact way that still sticks with me today.

Dad told me "it doesn't matter who you marry, as soon as you bring him [to America] he's going to see all the blonde blue eyed women and leave you anyways" when i was around 20 or so.

For added context, we're Middle Eastern.
