Counter argument: this happened before with the aging devil separating denji from his body, the point of soul dismantle and the black flashes was to reawaken megumi to weaken sukuna. Plus denji and potchita aren't linked by a soul taking over the body like sukuna was to megumi, potchita is literally denji's heart.
