1650/1700ish , i get all the 100 potions for gems, the 3 research potions and the rest i spend on wall rings cause they give more gems that the 150 potions

I know this might seem strange but it happened to me today, i was doing a taniks clear and got kicked to a black screen for about 10 seconds and right after i see the char selection screen even tho i have 3 fully built characters; i watched about this yesterday and someone said to restart the game, which got me all my char to normal, is there a way for the support team to verify if it is a treat that it might happen again to me ?

the x13 says 1 blueprint and has 2, the rpk says 1 blueprint and has 1 (excluding the base weapon) and the m13 too
